Summer Break Training!

Hello to everyone!
Here is a suggestion how to keep a good physical condition during the summer break.
I wish all of you will take note of it. For this week I do not expect you to train, you are free to rest and enjoy the weather. 😊✌️
Although from the 1st of July I hope you will spend at least 1 hour for 4/5 days a week do the following exercises.
I will post some photos, if you don’t have the space and material(cones, ladders etc) do not worry is important to follow the order of training and the timing of it.
If you have any questions please contact me and I will help you with it.
I will also try to do my best to be in better shape after the summer even I got a broken toe yesterday 😬
I wish you all the best, enjoy the summer and most important enjoy the time with family and friends.
